Excellent Location for Grant Hospital – Documentation is a MUST

The location is unbeatable for travelers. It’s a 5-minute walk to Grant Hospital and a 10-minute walk to downtown. There is a nice park across the street, a dedicated parking spot, and the building is clean, and very quiet. Basement laundry is $2.00 per load. I unfortunately had my wallet stolen from the parking lot during my stay (police report filed) while carrying in groceries, so I advise being extremely cautious with your vehicle and belongings. Be very diligent with your move-in inspection. I highly suggest taking photos of every single thing—including the windows—immediately upon arrival. Communication with the landlord can be slow, I often waited a couple days for a response. Overall, great for the commute, but protect yourself with a thorough paper trail and photos. Upon leaving make sure EVERYTHING is put back the way it was when you moved in.

Cute little apartment

This apartment was a cute and bright space. It was stocked with everything I needed as a travel nurse. Mr Loving was a great landlord and host making sure my stay was comfortable.

Townly court

I stayed here for 3 months for a nursing contract at Nationwide. It was a perfect spot, just 1 mile from the hospital. It is an old building with so much character, which I loved! The space was perfect sized for just me. Plenty of storage space and supplies in the kitchen! The washer and dryer in the basement was great. It's in a safe area, quiet, and parking was no issue. Would stay here again for sure!!

Townley Court

My stay here has been wonderful. The studio is very spacious and all the other tenants that I have met have been extremely nice and helpful. A designated parking spot was lovely as well. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay here and definitely recommend.

Nice, quiet, safe place to stay. Washer and dryer was a bonus. Close to downtown. Personal parking space a plus. Landlord was helpful with any questions

Very big and spacious studio apartment. Having a laundry room is great. Having a designated parking space was very nice. There's a park right next to the apartment and there's a lot to do.

I lived there for a year and I loved it. I felt like at home , nice neighbors next to me , beautiful Rotary Park I could visit every day , was quiet and I could rest after work . Matthew was very nice and responsible Langford . His handyman was always helpful and extremely friendly Very nice place to stay , I recommend it to everyone but the most important thing was safety I felt there

Great stay for 2 or for 1

Great stay! Close to downtown and close to several local hospitals. You have your own reserved parking space. The main room is HUGE for a studio!

Townley Court Apartment

The apartment is not actually listed on this post, but was located in the Townley Court building, 580 Town Street. Great location for Nationwide Children's hospital...rode my bike to work. Matthew gave me a storage room to keep it in. The apartment is well equipped with most everything a person could need. The landlords are quite accommodating and immediately took care of any issues that may have sprung up. One drawback is that the heat is not regulated within the apartment...you don't have control over the temperature. It was cold yet in March, so I ended up purchasing a space heater. Overall, great location to the hospital and downtown!
