Great Experience

Great location, easy walk to downtown, Little Italy, and balboa park. Also, J was outstanding. Very responsive and made move in and move out extremely smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend.

Walkable!!

Location location location!!! Close to highways in a very desirable area of downtown, walking distance to Little Italy and Gaslamp district. So youre close the action but not in the center of it. I particularly enjoyed being close to the highways which made my commute very easy. The building is very well managed and maintained. Jing is easy to reach always willing to address any issues or concerns you may have. I would definitely rent with Jing again.

Had a great stay in this unit while working in SD. The unit is very clean and comfortable. The building is very close to the freeway, which made commuting easy. It's also ~15-20 minutes walk away from Little Italy and Downtown SD. J is very kind and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved my stay here!

I absolutely loved staying in this building. The location is excellent - the best neighborhood of downtown! The building itself is so nice!! And the apartment has everything that you could want. I loved renting from J and hope that whenever I find myself in San Diego again this or another of her properties will be available! She is so nice and she really went out of her way to make sure my stay was excellent! So great to work with and made everything streamlined and easy! I highly recommend her and this apartment!!!

A perfect short term stay

Highly recommend this place! It has all the amenities you could need, a short walking distance to everything, and right off the highway to make the commute to work even easier. J was so quick to answer any questions we had and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Everything was perfect!
