Excellent & Comfortable Stay - Would Stay Again!

Home was kept immaculate, well furnished and had everything needed & more. Room offers a Ruku TV, walk-In closet, mini fridge & comfortable bed. Private hall bath. Home is up to date & well maintained. I enjoyed the outdoor use of the sitting area. Garage parking. Great & safe location, near shopping and walking/bike trails. Community pool. Host was very accommodating, respectful & friendly. I especially appreciated that upon arrival he checked-in with me regarding what level of interaction I was comfortable with. I think we've all had that one travel roommate that doesn't get the hint, but that isn't the case here. In fact, I enjoyed our occasional conversations and how welcoming M is. In fact, on my last few days of my contact I happened to have gotten into a car accident and M came to the scene of the accident and drove me home. I think this speaks to his character as a human in general, and was apparent in many instances throughout my stay and I would book this rental again!

Excellent accomodation!

I stayed at Marks place for a year! Im a travel nurse in one of the big hospital in Fresno. The whole experience was wonderful! I had a nicely made bed with my own walk in closet and a mini fridge for personal use. The TV was the highlight of my stay haha. Owner had Roku setup too for use after a long day at work. I get to watch disney shows, netflix etc. Own bathroom and fresh towels. Owner offers to wash the towels and beddings too when needed. He didnt have to but it was really kind of him to offer. I was grateful my whole stay was comfortable. Once a month a cleaner also comes to clean the whole place. Even for only renting a room I still felt I had my own privacy. I will be coming back again when I travel back in Fresno for a job :). Highly recommended.

My stay was fantastic !

My stay was excellent! Im a traveler and I arrived with my mom and he picked up from the airport and allowed for her to get me settled me in and took her back to the airport. The house is very clean and neat. He washed clothes for me. The house was always quite when I got off of work because I like to sleep. Provided great privacy . I absolutely recommend and would defiantly stay again. He is a very kind guy and has a great home . I felt very comfortable and at home . . Highly recommend
