Lovely Lexington Home

Well appointed 3 bedroom 2 bath home close to shopping and entertainment in a great neighborhood perfect for walking, running, and biking. Just a short drive to UK & hospitals. Brenda is an amazing landlady. We were so fortunate to find both Brenda and her beautiful home to stay in for the month of October while my daughter was doing her surgery rotation at UK.

Beautiful home and a great landlord

This is a beautiful home in a great location! It has everything you need. My wife and I are travel nurses and been staying in this home since Nov 2022. We love it! It is close to all the hospitals, great restaurants, parks and anything else you may need. It is a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The garage comes in handy on those cold frosty mornings. B is a great host. She is very responsive to any needs that may arise and takes great care and pride in the property! You wont be disappointed.

My Home Away From Home

This place and the owner (B) is wonderful. I starting renting in September of 2021 for a travel contract at UK. The house is just to my liking. Decorated much to my taste and with a fully stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and is a hop, skip and a jump from everything in Lexington. The house is located in a nice neighborhood of Lexington. The neighbors are very nice as well. One neighbor even brings in my trash can for me. Any issue I have had (tiny ones) have been quickly remedied. B is one of the most attentive owners I have had the pleasure from which to rent a property.
