Excellent expericence

I really enjoyed living in this apartment. The location was super convenient close to everything I needed but it still felt quiet and peaceful. One of the best parts was having the golf course nearby. It was nice to see all the green space around and it made the area feel open and relaxing. The landlord was great to deal with. Anytime I had a question or needed something fixed, they responded quickly and were always helpful and easy to communicate with. The neighbors were also very quiet and respectful, which made a big difference. It always felt calm and comfortable living there. Overall, it was a really positive experience and Id definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place in a good location.

Excellent experience!

Me, my husband and dog stayed in the bigger house while our house was being remodeled. Maya and Astin were absolutely wonderful. The few times we reached out, they were on top of everything. We went from "thinking" we needed to rent for only four months, which ended up extending to ten months, and Maya was so gracious with allowing us to stay month after month until we finally moved back. The house has everything you need! The office area was so accommodating, as I work from home. The master bath is gorgeous. The location is perfect and close to anything you need/want. Don't think twice about this gem! You will not be disappointed!

Great Modern Home w/ everything you need!

We stayed in the "entire home" portion for several months while our longer term accommodations got in place. M was amazing, she was extremely communicative and helpful with any need big or small. This house has everything you could want in it, so no need to bring anything but your clothes! It's a great, super convenient location near the highway. Winter Park is a great little town outside of Orlando, super quiet. Walking around the golf course was one of our favorite nightly activities. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. My pup loved the backyard, great space to play in. Highly recommend staying here for short or long stays!

Great place

This is a great one-bedroom, one-bath place located in winter park and a short drive to downtown Orlando. Very well organized, with all basic items provided, including being pet-friendly. This place allows for complete privacy with an entrance at the side of the main house. M is a great host, makes herself available to help, and does everything to welcome you and make you comfortable. I had an absolutely lovely time.

Amazing!

M was an incredible host and very quick to reply if i had any questions or concerns. I felt extremely safe the entire time I was living here. The neighborhood is great for walks at any time of the day or night and right across the street is a golf course. The private fenced in back yard was incredible. My dog and I give this property 10 stars! Would definitely come back and I definitely recommend staying here
