Quite neighborhood, house is 5 years old, close to two hospitals and restaurants, groceries store

I loved the time I stayed with this family! The entire family was very friendly and inviting. The room I rented was spacious with a generous amount of closet space and the best natural light! Spacious bathroom and a very nice laundry area. The house itself appears fairly new and is located in a very family oriented area that is also extremely safe. The location is very convenient to shopping and banking. There is also a neighborhood park that is easy to get to in this very walkable neighborhood. If you want to feel safe and enjoy meeting lovely people that will treat you like family I highly recommend that you stay at this property!!

10/10 would recommend!

This place is a haven specially for Filipinos! They treat you like family, very clean household and very near the hospital as well as near the roads going to and from san jose, monterey and the like! I hope to come back soon!
