This apartment was newly remodeled in 2021. It is a private apartment in the basement of a single family house in a single family neighborhood (north Greenwood). The entrance door (glass) and two large windows are on the south side and so let in lots of light. KD insisted on adding some bling to the place (great idea!) so we put in a large bathroom with glass-walled double shower that also functions as a steam room. Lots of elec...

Lovely neighborhood of mostly single family homes. Two blocks to bus stops and restaurants, shops; including an excellent coffee shop (Diva Espresso) and Lenny's Fruit and Vegis. Short walk to trail into Carkeek Park; trail leads down to Puget Sound. Two blocks to InterUrban bike trail. Walk to AMC theater.

Fabulous North Seattle Apt
What a wonderful spot. Its a fabulous apartment in a great neighborhood and very close to UW NW Hospital - five minute drive. I was extremely happy here and it really made my Seattle experience wonderful. M & K were awesome hosts and made me feel immediately welcome. They showed me around the apartment and then responded to any requests or issues immediately. I couldnt have been happier. This apartment has wonderful sunlight with a Southern exposure and my favorite part is that it has a little outside garden space with a table and chairs. This is a really wonderful spot. Id rent from them again in a minute.
