Great place. Close to several different things around Orlando to do. No traffic on my way to work. Yolanda is responsive and thoughtful. Willing to work with you and your capabilities!

Excellent Stay

I completed an occupational therapy contract in Orlando, FL and had the pleasure of staying at this quaint and quiet studio. Y was an excellent host, making sure that I had everything I needed to make my stay stress free. She is quick to respond to any needs, the neighborhood is very quiet, and she makes the most excellent cookies!! Thank you again Y for an excellent stay.

Awesome stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in this 1bed 1 bath apartment. The neighborhood is quite and secure and super close to everything( shopping, food,) The landlord was super responsive and always was there to help us when we needed it. She is so awesome! The process to get the apartment was smooth and leaving was even smoother. We got our security deposit in less than 24 hours after we left the apartment. 5 out of 5 stars for our experience. Would 100% stay there again!!

Amazing Suite

This suite is hosted by a wonderful caring person. You will feel entirely at home and be given complete privacy during your stay. Its located in a very family oriented area and feels extremely safe. The Wi-Fi works well and there's even an A/C in the unit if you feel the need for it. Lastly the bed is super comfortable.

Great stay

The property is nice, clean, and in a great location. Owners accompany to our every need as they do live on site which was nice, overall nice stay.

Sweet find! Feels Like Home!

Driving into the neighborhood at first glance made you feel right at home knowing you would be staying in a single-family home! The family was the highlight of my stay as the owner was warm and inviting and you were greeted with a smile and all information needed to ensure your stay was uneventful. Keyless entry, laundry right off of the kitchen area (assigned laundry days), large bathroom with a tile floor, large vanity mirror and sink area and great shower! Kitchen area was small but great for one person as all cooking utensils, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster/convection oven, kitchen table were all new. Only thing missing was a kitchen sink, but it was easy to make do with the bathroom sink to clean dishes. No stove but I brought my own ceramic hot plate which worked great! As a night RN working four nights/wk this was perfect! You are close to everything & Publix is 5 min away! Great stay and I recommend to any nurse looking for a cozy & very clean studio! A++ G - RN
