Excellent Space in a Safe, Quiet Recreational Area

Great space, with enough for a couple or single tenant to occupy for an extended stay. Had everything needed to be able to work remotely, including stable internet and desk/table area. The landlords were very nice, accommodating and helpful for local area tips. They have a house next to the unit. The outdoor area is spacious, while also being fully enclosed, which is great if you have pets. You also share the property with two small Westies who are friendly. 1 designated Parking Space is included. The kitchenette has a full fridge/freezer, medium sized toaster oven and induction cooking apparatus. Location is about 25+ mins north of Nashville, and the property is adjacent to a beach/launch into the Cumberland River / Old Hickory Lake. Great for any recreational needs. Would absolutely rent there again if ever in the area.
