Great location, apartment, and landlords!

Hi. I stayed at D & A's place from mid May to early August. My stay here was amazing! The main pro of this apartment is definitely the location. The basement unit is located in a quiet and cute neighborhood with nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. The metro being a short walk away was super nice as well. The place came furnished with a bed, couch, TV, dining table, kitchen supplies, and everything else needed to settle in without any worries. D & A were also super quick to reply to anything that came up and made move in a breeze.

Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! Its in a great location within walking distance of great restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment was perfect size with great amenities and everything you need during your stay. Owners were so nice and quick to respond when I needed something! Would definitely stay again if I take another contract close by!

Perfect location! Amazing find! Beautiful home!

I cant say enough great things about D and A home! This basement unit is located walking distance to Childrens National, the metro, and a Target! What more could you ask for! I loved my time in Columbia Heights so many great local food spots and easy to get around! The home has everything you need, plus updated appliances and an amazing outdoor space! Everything was clean and new! Just as pictured! They live in the home above which is so convenient and accommodating! It made me feel safe and welcomed to D.C.! This is an amazing find and youd be lucky to stay here! I was sad to have to have to leave!!
