Great Apartment

I really enjoyed my stay in Dorons apartment. It is a nice and comfortable with a great location. It really has everything you might need. Doron is a great landlord. Hes very responsive and always addressed issues in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

Functional studio in a great location

This is a small studio in Rosslyn, only 10 minutes from the metro station. It is a very good choice for a solo tenant. Everything works well. Doron is a responsive and easygoing landlord. Definitely recommended!

Best place to stay if you're a travel nurse at Georgetown

D is an excellent landlord and is easy to reach when you need him. The location was ideal for me as a travel nurse at Georgetown. It is a 10 minute walk from the GT shuttle pickup and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. There's a gym, pool and concierge desk which I appreciated and there's a communal laundry room. I stayed here for 8 months and it was the perfect location. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment to other travelers.

Great place for single Traveler

D, the landlord, was communicative and quick to reply to any issues, which were few and far between. The area is great with a quick walk to the metro and dining/stores. It was very helpful to have a covered parking spot in the winter to avoid the shoveling and ice scraping. Would recommend to anyone needing a short term stay.

Great to work with

With the type of job I have, situations can change very quickly. And due to Covid, I had to cancel the lease with the landlord. He was very understanding and returned the security deposit after he was able to find another tenant to take my place. If/when I am in the area I would not hesitate to work with and rent from the landlord as he is very attentive and understanding.
