Woodward Heights is a Historic District in Lexington, Kentucky that is located between the University of Kentucky and downtown Lexington. The area is "uniquely Lexington" in that it is within walking distance of both UK and downtown, yet is safe and quiet.
Perfect Stay!
Our stay was nothing short of perfect! David is a great landlord and the apartment is perfect for a traveler or couple in the Lexington area on an assignment. Close to main roads and within biking distance of the hospitals. If there was ever an issue, David was only a text away and found a solution promptly! If ever back on an assignment in Lexington, would definitely stay again.
Just Righ
This property was great, I stayed here during a contract with UK. you could not ask for a better location! So many restaurants, bars, and venue s within walking distance. It was very easy to get in and out of, parking is a breeze, motion lights and security cameras made me feel incredibly safe. The landlord was amazing, communicated very well and was extremely responsive, I never had any issues getting ahold of him. This was one of the better stocked kitchens I have come across. I cannot recommend this place enough!
Don't hesitate to rent this property!
My husband and I have been staying at this property for almost a year now while on a travel nurse assignment at UK Chandler. The rental is clean, updated, has everything we needed, and is in a safe location. Right around the corner from Rupp arena. Walkable to a lot of fun bars and restaurants. A short Uber/Lyft away from others! Close to grocery stores. Very close to UK Chandler making the commute to work quick! The landlord has been absolutely wonderful! So friendly and very responsive, taking care of anything we needed very quick. The best are very comfortable! Off street parking! Don't hesitate to rent this!

Hoping I didnt make a mistake by not choosing this one! I took a place closer to work due to call. This place catches the eye for all the high end beds, appliances and beautiful area it has. Owner responds quickly and honestly, price is competitive. Will wonder if I missed out for sometime on this one!
Lovely Place to Stay
We stayed here during our time as travel healthcare workers at UK and had a nice experience! Pros: The unit is clean/remodeled, in a safe/convenient location near Rupp Arena, & stocked with everything you need to live comfortably during your stay. D is a fantastic landlord - friendly, accommodating, & responds to messages/requests in a very timely manner. We felt safe & informed from the beginning of the rental process all the way until move-out day. Cons: The only con I might add is that this house is better suited for someone working day shift rather than night shift. The house is a triplex, and both neighbors in the other units have dogs that barked quite a bit. The houses in the neighborhood are just feet apart, and the next-door neighbor was re-siding his house and working on cars right outside the main bedroom window while I was trying to sleep. It is also right by a fire station, so sirens multiple times per day. Overall a good and safe rental experience, thank you D!
