AWESOME
My roommate and I stayed here last summer... it was AMAZING. We had no issues at all. Location was great, amenities were great, landlord was great. I cant recommend this place enough!

Property is wonderful, I enjoyed the location and easy access to both Oceanside and lagoon side. I was there for 2 months while in the area for rotations for school and was pleased to have access to washer, dryer, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Landlord was easily accessible by phone/text/app. My husband and kids came to visit for a week and loved having the close access to Jaycee park and the Oceanside beaches. Biggest downside is that Tilli's coffee moved locations from s ocean Dr to spunkys surf shop while I was there.

DON'T MISS THIS ONE! SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH!
This property is so close to the beach you can hear the waves crashing when you are outside. The property is extremely clean and well cared for, with cute and comfortable furnishings... and the property owner has provided everything you need to enjoy your stay on the Island! The area is quite and safe . We originally planned to stay 2 months but the location was so perfect we extended our stay 4 more months! Property owner is very responsive. TV burned out while we were there and he had another one delivered the very next day! You must experience this property for yourself - you won't regret it!

Nice little beach home
Location was our favorite part of this quaint little home. Easy walk to the beach and great location to just hop on bike for a ride. Close to everything yet far enough away to still offer plenty of peace and quiet. Fenced yard terrific for our Golden retriever. Neighbors friendly and super safe area! Home had everything we needed and most of what we wanted. Great communication with owner and would absolutely recommend this home to others. Would also stay here again! Price reasonable for the location. Only negative is no pool access but with the beach just steps away who needs a pool?! Oh..if you have children there's a fantastic new playground just across the street with a very calm/shallow swimming area.
