Larger Apartment above Garage

Great place

The best place to stay, quiet, very clean, and comfortable bed, nice mattress, and great landlords. You have the best front yard view (back yard but it is beautiful- quaint) you cannot ask for, a safer place to relax . Laundromat 1 block up, Walmart grocer, and most convenience stores within 5 to 6 min, including restaurants, traffic is quiet, easy walking. Healthclubs nearby, and Mercy Hospital is 5 min, Cox is 14 min. Lots to do , Kayaking, hiking, festivals, concerts. Enjoy your stay.

Great place!

Im a travel nurse and cannot believe I found this gem! The living space is great, the location is perfect and the landlord is awesome! From the first moment I spoke with P until my departure, she and her husband N were always so nice. My dryer at one point stopped heating and it was fixed the very next day. The microwave gave me trouble and she had a brand new one to me the very next day. They were always available when I had a question or need and checked in from time to time to see if there was anything I needed also. The neighborhood was quiet, a family community. Even their neighbors were cordial and always gave a friendly hello. I stayed in the basement part of this lovely house, and hardly ever heard the upstairs renters, who were also nurses. Theres a large pool in the back yard as well. I would definitely recommend giving this place a go if youre interested. It was everything I needed and close to Mercy. I will most certainly stay with P again if in that area!!

Amazing Place

I rented the upstairs portion of this house with a roommate but i can tell you the basement apartment is nice as well. And the landlady, P, is the absolute best. She is quick with responses, and very friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay and our talks!! Highly recommend!!!
