Close to several hospitals (Wesley and Ascension Via Christi St. Joseph), eating establishments, shopping and the interstate. It is minutes from center city and downtown as well as the Towne East shopping mall. We have had tenants stay as long as 8 months and tell us they would return.

Fantastic host and great location
Penny was wonderful to lease from, the minute any issue came up she was on top of it. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to hospitals, restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend staying at this home when working in the Wichita area. My project was in Andover and it was a quick 10 minute commute. Almost everything in Wichita is 20 minutes away with light traffic so it makes this house work for just about anywhere your work/projects are.
