Clean, Safe, Great Location

I have stayed at this place for the past 4 months. The apartment is super spacious and has everything you will need. Feels more like a home I would say. I worked at the Childrens hospital and it was a 7 min drive aways. The Kaiser is also super close you would only need to walk to work. I would stay here longer if my assignment wasnt ending. I have been a traveler for 7 yrs and I am very pleased to have found this place. Its steps away from coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Theres a 711, a safeway and and a specialty grocery store within walking distance. If you walk a little further, theres a cvs, a usps, and youre in Piedmont, which has everything you might need. No need to go anywhere else. All your needs within an 8 block radius is so convenient. Street parking worried me but thankfully, it wasnt difficult at all. Theres always a spot to park. At worst, which isnt often, youll just need to walk further down the same street. The street itself feels very residential. Ive felt very comfortable walking down the street. Feels like a regular suburban street even if its very close to lots of establishments. Overall, its a pleasant experience. I have no regrets and would love to come back here. S, the landlord, is very kind and easy to communicate with. Oh and also its such a bonus to have a cleaning lady come every 2 weeks. She works with your schedule so its pretty straightforward.

Great Stay!

S's place was exactly what I was looking for! I loved how spacious it was and walkable to many restaurants and bars around Temescal/Piedmont/Rockridge. I was working at Highland Hospital and it was only a 10 minute drive away, however it is walkable to Kaiser and Alta Bates. I loved the hardwood floors, the fireplace, and the comfortable bed and furniture. It was also super nice having a washer and dryer in unit. There was nothing really missing here. S also provided biweekly housekeeping, which was also a huge plus to have. There's street parking in front of the house and if you have a dog, plenty of areas around to walk them. I never felt unsafe walking my dog around here. S was also a great host, and always quickly helped me with anything that I needed. I would highly recommend S's place to anyone looking for a nice, spacious, safe place in Oakland!
