Safe, Quiet Place Near Downtown

This space is perfect if you are looking for a two bedroom near downtown. There is a cute park right across the street and Ivywild School (food vendors, brewery, etc.) within walking distance! Beautiful views peak through into the large backyard space. This space comes furnished with all kitchenette/cooking and cleaning necessities. Full sized washer/dryer in unit is always a bonus. Minimal noise transfer between this walk-in basement unit and the upstairs tenant. Tina and her family are amazing! The space was clean and ready when I arrived and she goes above and beyond to add extra touches to your stay. Communication was easy and transparent with quick response times and resolution of any problems. I wouldn't have left, but Tina had another property open up that fit my needs so I moved. Definitely recommend. :)

Would live here permanently

This place is incredible! I am a travel nurse and worked at Memorial North in 2022. I stayed here and it was so quaint and cozy. The location is beautiful and so was my drive to work. There are a ton of hikes, restaurants and other fun things to do nearby. My dog was able to stay with me and loved the area, too. The hosts were the best part! They were always so accommodating, welcoming and flexible. Id move here permanently if I could!

Where do I even start.

This has been the worst experience Ive had renting. With all of the repairs that were leaving me without a place to stay and all the back in forth about this land lord threatening me to kick me out over nothing Im so disappointed in the way that they are acting. The main issue is that they are trying to break the lease during the lease terms which was signed and leaving me homeless. I was always very respectful of their property, paid my rent on time and abided by their rules and yet they still repay me with attitude. I wouldnt rent here if it was the last place available knowing what I know now. They seemed very nice at the beginning but when they need extra money etc they become a different person. I was patient with them with the additions they were making to my apartment but they dont care. Threatening a tenet is never the correct way to handle a situation. Dont move here. They will break your lease!

Great location, wonderful accommodations, best hosts!

We could not have asked for a better experience as far as accommodations for our stay in CO Springs. The 2/1 basement apartment is spacious, cozy and beautifully decorated. Its near downtown and very convenient to 25. My husband actually worked at a hospital in Pueblo and the drive was very easy from this location. The family that lives upstairs (the hosts) are the kindest, warmest human beings on earth. They will truly go out of their way to ensure youre comfortable. Their dogs are the sweetest, most well behaved dogs ever. Highly recommended this place if you get lucky enough to secure it! Feel free to call me personally should you have any questions! -L

Best neighborhood ever!

This place is so great. It is very close to the interstate (i worked in pubelo) and was such an easy commute. The landlords would let my dog out for me even if i went away for whole weekends. They were always great about me having company to stay and they were around as much or as little as I needed them to be. The location is great. It is next to a small park and I would walk my dog in the neighborhood and always felt very safe. Very close to lots of open spaces, grocery stores, and restaurants. Tina was super great about communication. I loved living here! This place is an 8 min drive to downtown CO springs if you wanted more of a night life area. the price is very good for this area as well.

The best part of Colorado

A home away from home. I wouldnt have wanted to stay anywhere else. The place is comfy, close to the freeway and nearby hiking trails and the bear creek regional dog park, not to mention the super cool Bristol brewing company. I will miss my temporary home. But more than that Ill miss the owners and their family. They were a HUGE help to me and my doggie pepper. They treated us like family. With all that being said I would absolutely recommend this location and will miss them

Wonderful place, great price, with stellar host!!

This property is wonderfully located. I loved how they literally have a large park across the street. One could walk around and enjoy the amazing Colorado weather. I was in the process of relocating from out of state and they were great. They were so responsive and always willing to help and gave great directions to landmarks, hikes, or great restaurants. They were top notch. Ivywild school/brewery/restaurant is within 5 min of walking. Its a pet friendly place this is great for having a brew and eating some dinner. The property itself smells great and is very clean. Comfy beds. We had access to washer, dryer, two bedrooms, private bath, Smart TV, High-speed Internet fireplace, couch, and private entrance. They will ensure you are taken care. I recommend this property to anyone!!! Please go see it for yourself.
