Great View, Helpful Landlord

Very spacious inside, well maintained studio and yard. E was very attendant to any questions. In addition, she includes just about any cookware you could need. E is very friendly and kind.

Lovely Unit

This is a lovely unit that I was able to occupy for 3 months while on a work assignment in Sacramento. E is very kind and comforting. She is attentive to any needs and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The unit is very quiet and peaceful, coming from someone who works nights. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in the area. I highly recommend renting from her!

One of the Best!

I loved my stay at this property! This unit was great for many reasons. The property and inside the unit are both incredibly well kept. The unit has great lighting but also curtains to block the light for night shifters (like myself). I always felt safe here and had parking that is equally safe feeling. The property owner is great and always responsive to any needs. My commute to Kaiser-Roseville was about 10-12 minutes. Overall, I feel sad to end my contract and stay at this particular place.
