I had such a positive experience renting from Lucky. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and were always quick to respond if I had a question or needed help. From move-in to move-out, they were flexible, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable in the home. Its rare to find a landlord who is both professional and thoughtful, and I truly appreciated their extra effort. Comfy and safe

This was a great landing spot during my time as a travel nurse at St. Michael in Silverdale. I rented a single room. Comfortable bed and furniture throughout the home. Nice kitchen, well equipped with ninja blender and Nespresso machine. Landlord, Lucky, was available by text and phone day and night. He even came and helped me out when I had locked myself out of my bedroom at 10 pm. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Roommates were quiet and respectful. Thanks so much for a comfortable stay! Would definitely recommend for a single traveler.

Beautiful, new townhouse close to everything.

Our family stayed here in between homes and had a wonderful experience with not only the house itself but with the owner L as well. The unit is a beautiful, new townhouse duplex complete with garage! We enjoyed the great room space and 9' ceilings. The kitchen is fantastic and everything is stocked with supplies and well-furnished. It has everything you need for a short or long temporary stay. There are conveniences like a big garage, parking for 2 cars outside, washer and dryer in unit, and utilities included. All of these things helped us a ton. And the location is close to Silverdale, Bremerton, and access to freeways. It's a cute and safe neighborhood and there are places to go on walks. L was always available, quick to help and genuine in his efforts to make it a good experience. I would 100% recommend this townhouse to anyone with the need of a little more space. And it feels new and modern and comfortable all at the same time.
