Dirty

Not a home I would recommend. Pretty dirty especially in the laundry area. Lots of bugs. Ive worked in Lubbock for a year at a near by hospital and there are better places to stay. Yes, this home was close to hospital so it did give the closeness convenient of getting to and from work. But also the area is not the best area either. Keep that in mind before booking.

3 mins from Texas Tech

Cozy & Cute 2/1 unit with washer and dryer. Bed was comfortable and definitely appreciated the blackout curtains. Loved that I was less than 5 mins away from tech and all the surrounding restaurants.

close to a lot in lubbock

When I first moved in the property was disgustingly dirty. After 4 days of additional cleaning I was more comfortable to move in. Landlord and property manager were somewhat accommodating for the inconvenience. Bugs still an issue mainly in the laundry room. They decreased the rent as they should have though. Close to a lot of restaurants. Very nosey neighbor but she's nice.

Cool 2 bedroom

This two bedroom unit was a great stay, the beds are super comfortable and it had everything I needed to cook and enjoy my stay. The area is quiet and walking distance to food and shops. The decor definitely lighten my mood, felt refreshing walking into the unit. I would stay here again
