Amazing Place with Amazing People!

Sierra and her partner were absolutely amazing hosts! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. Super friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating in every way. I loved staying there for 3 monthsit truly felt like a home away from home. The space was spotless, cozy, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it so comfortable. Check-in was smooth, communication was effortless, and they even offered great local recommendations throughout my stay. Its rare to find hosts who care this much about their guests experience. I wish I could give them more than 5 starshighly, highly recommend staying here!

Sierra and Carver were great hosts and made me feel at home! Great location close to the freeway, Costco, grocery stores and restaurants.

Amazing Place!!!

Renting a room from Sierra was honestly one of the best decisions Ive ever made! From day one, she made everything so easy and welcoming it immediately felt like home. The room was absolutely perfect: clean, comfortable, cozy and even better than I expected. But what really makes the experience amazing is Sierra herself. Shes so friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about the people she rents to. She creates such a positive, safe, and peaceful environment that its impossible not to love living there. Also, the location could not be better, its next to everything you would need! If youre thinking about renting from Sierra, do it! I HIGHLY recommend her and her place to anyone looking for a GREAT living situation.

Amazing place to stay!!!

I moved to Utah from the East Coast for work and ended up living in Sierras rental for seven monthsand I truly couldnt have asked for a better experience. The space was clean, cozy, and felt like home from day one. Sierra and her partner were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and clear with expectations, which made settling in easy and stress-free. Living with them was a joy. They created such a comfortable and respectful environment, and I genuinely enjoyed sharing the space. The backyard was spacious and peaceful, and I loved spending time out there with their sweet dogs. The kitchen was great for cooking, and the bedroom had more than enough room for all of my things. Sharing pantry space was never an issue, and they were kind enough to let me use their kitchen tools when I needed them. What meant the most, though, was the connection I built with SierraI'm so grateful that we've stayed friends since I moved out. If I could give this listing six stars, I absolutely would!

S is one of the sweetest hosts Ive had since traveling. She is very kind hearted and accommodating.

She keeps your deposit

She apparently charges a cleaning fee of $100 that's not listed. Keep that in mind. And my room and bathroom were not even dirty

Would ABSOLUTELY stay again

This was the perfect place to live. S was great host; CLEAN, quiet, respectful, always made extra food if she was cooking & offered you anything you could possibly need. The room is on a different floor than the host so it's very PRIVATE, with your own entrance, private bathroom, tons of STORAGE and closet space. She offered me her office whenever I need to make televisits too. Has a beautiful BACKYARD park, free parking, all updated kitchen/laundry. In a FRIENDLY, runnable/walkable neighborhood, close to everything. Her pup is well behaved and sweet. S gave us tons of recommendations for outdoor things to do, helped me find my next room in another area and fully refunded my deposit. I truly enjoyed my time there and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone

She keeps your deposit

Stayed here for 6 days, had to leave due to being canceled. She kept half of my deposit even though the deposit was refundable and the room was in perfect condition. DO NOT STAY HERE
