Great house and lovely neighborhood..
My wife and I stayed here with our 1 yr old during my assignment at Kootenai Hospital. We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean house in lovely quiet neighborhood. We walked to the lake. the park and through town nearly every day.

Correcting a negative review
Correcting a negative review. We did not receive our deposit back for quite some time. It turns out, it was a post office snafu. So we wanted to correct the negative review and leave a 5-star. The property is beautiful and felt like home. The price was fair and it is centrally located in CDA.

Still waiting on security deposit
The stay was okay. The shower is extremely short and you can hear the neighbors. The location was good. The main problem is I am still waiting for Hendrik to return my $4000 security deposit. The place was left in good condition with no damage. He told me he would send a check to me in a few days after moving out, but I am still waiting and havent heard back from him.

I really loved this place. It was very clean, well maintained and walkable. Great neighborhood and close to the lake and everything that make Coeur d'Alene. Quick drive to Kootenai Hospital.

Great space!!
Property was in the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood and close to all amenities. Landlord was always willing to help fix anything needed. Would recommend staying here!

Gorgeous place, fab location
I stayed at this place for 5 months while working at Kootenai. The hospital was 10 minutes away. Very close walk to downtown, Thbbs Hill and Sanders beach. H was always available when needed and responsive in communication. The yard is a perfect hang out in the summer. I would recommend this place to anyone! And would love to stay here again.

This is a great home away from home!
This is a very nice and peaceful corner of downtown Coeur d'Alene. It is a beautiful quiet neighborhood and rally close to the lake and the park by the resort and within a few blocks from everything. The home is really clean and well taken care of. The landlord shows a lot of pride in ownership and is available for any assistance. His wife was a travel nurse too so they understand what its like. We would definitely stay here again when we work at Kootenai next time!
