Loved my time here
I stayed in this house for 7 months during a travel assignment at Hopkins and I absolutely loved it. The rooftop deck, large kitchen, and south facing windows were the highlights for me. This house is located in a very safe and cute neighborhood where almost everything is walkable (food, park, dog park, harbor walk path, Hopkins main hospital). I am a young female who stayed here alone and never felt unsafe, I even walked to and from work everyday in the summer with no issues. The house came with SO many helpful items and furnishing that made it feel like a real home. My only negative review is that the room is on the smaller side with only a full bed, however the rest of the apartment offers so much space I had no problem adjusting. I will miss this property so much! David was a great landlord, always responsive and clearly committed to my comfort and happiness at the property. If I ever come back to Baltimore I will absolutely be looking to stay in this home again!
Amazing Property!
I highly recommend this property! I stayed here for a month for a visiting student rotation for medical school and loved it. The neighborhood was gorgeous and within walking distance of so much! Living here alone as a female for the month felt very safe and secure. The property manager was very responsive to any of my questions. I was very impressed with how much was already at the house as well, making it a very convenient place to stay. I enjoyed walking/running at both Patterson Park and Fells Point along the harbor, which were both within walking distance. The property was also about a mile walk from the downtown Hopkins campus and a 10 minute drive from the Bayview campus. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend considering this property!
Great Stay
I had a great stay here. The roof top patio is really wonderful, and it is a really nice neighbourhood. The neighbours were also very nice and helpful.
Fantastic
This is a fantastic house in a wonderful location. Close to Patterson park, the harbor and Johns Hopkins. The neighborhood is great, with lots of options for dining and enjoying a drink and/or meal. It really felt like a home away from home. The landlord is so responsive, helpful and even made wonderful recommendations on places to eat and local activities. And just to add on, I travel alone and felt so safe in the area and in the house. This would be a top choice for me if I return to Baltimore for another work contract.
fabulous upper fells gem
This place is truly a gem. I was fortunate enough to stay here for 6 months for my first travel assignment and if I ever found myself back in Baltimore I would stay here again. Since it was my first assignment, I wasn't sure what to expect, but now this place has become the golden standard that I compare the housing in all my other assignments to! The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need and made meal prepping for my shifts a breeze. The area itself felt very safe but there is also the added bonus of a security system which help put my mind further at ease, especially living alone. I was able to walk to work without issue, and loved the proximity to Patterson Park. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but I enjoyed the ability to walk virtually anywhere and found Ubers to be reasonable. The landlords are very responsive and were always a quick text or phone call away if I needed them.
