Gorgeous home and pet-friendly. The 2b2b is a brick, ground-level, large duplex farmhouse. It's beautifully decorated with a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, an office desk, SmartTV. The home has a private yard and a private entrance. 2 patio areas (1 private & 1 shared patio- shared patio includes a gas grill and water fountain. Private, off-street parking provides convenience and peace of mind.

The home is located in a historic live-work neighborhood. It's not a cookie-cutter neighborhood. Close to I-70, close to the mountains, and close to downtown Denver. Walking trails are steps away, including a GOLD MEDAL brewery (New Image Brewing) within walking distance. Sprouts Market and Youngs locally famous farm stand are less than a 5-minute drive or take the bike trail there.
Private entrance & yard
Very quiet and private. we had our own entrance, yard, and patio. We were also able to park our Sprinter van and a 30-foot RV with no problem in the private parking area. (Off-street) We have 2 dogs that loved the large fenced-in backyard as well. It was great eating meals on the patio while we watched our dogs play. It didnt have a washer and dryer which was a concern at first, but when we did a tour of the property the laundromat was right next door. Super nice laundromat that got all our laundry done really fast. The landlord was always available by phone or text. It was such a perfect fit for us and our dogs that when my contract was extended we stayed an additional 3 months. I would highly recommend it!
Misrepresented amenities
I rented this property based on the accommodations one of which was air conditioning. When I asked the property owner how to turn on the air conditioning he said there was none. I proceeded to show him the listed accommodations. His response was for me to turn on the vent in the bathroom and the vent over the stove to dissipate the heat meanwhile on hot days it was 80 degrees in the unit. He never offered any compensation for the inconvenience. I see where the latest advertisement for the unit does not include air conditioning yet the rent remains the same. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
Very accomodating
I am a big fan of the property. The folks running the place are very responsive and easy to work with. This was perfect for me as a Traveling Nurse.
A fun stay in Colorado!
It is such a cute apartment! It came with appliances (the cutest little crockpot). A personal yard for my dog. 10 minutes from Downtown Denver. The wifi connection is so fast and reliable which is great for my job. The landlords are so sweet. I lost my key, and they were so understanding (they even had a spare all ready prepared for me). I loved how the utilities were included with the bill. It made the monthly payments easier to file, however it was more than just normal rent. Definitely worth the cost though. Everything was so nice and brand new.
