Perfect cozy spot

This was a very beautiful space l. It was home away from home. Great location to all hospitals, which I worked at two different locations. The landlord was absolutely amazing. She will always make sure everything is OK with your space. I would definitely refer and even stay here again if the opportunity presented it's self if she would have e me back. Great cozy place!

nice, clean and comfy

The host Was very polite and understanding. The apartment is so clean and comfy. The surrounding area and parking stayed clean and the cameras and security locks made me feel safe. Nebraska Med hospital sits just seconds away, making my commute to work easy. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to come visit Omaha or plan to take on a travel contract at the near by hospitals. Thanks for your hospitality.

Great Experience

I stayed at the property for 3 months. The property is exactly as the photographs show and then when I walked in; the owner had left a wonderful gift basket! All kinds of goodies inside....including maps as well as things to see and do while in the Omaha area...bonus!! During my stay, I did have a small issue with the bathroom sink not wanting to drain. F (owner) had a repair man in that afternoon to fix the problem. I can't say enough about F and how nice she is. Very attentive and always available if you needed something. She was also proactively letting me know that it might be noisy below on certain days because she had scheduled some renovations. Just down the road, there are food and drink establishments and one of the best Sushi places in Omaha. There are also 2 of the best dive bars in Omaha in the area as well....The Nifty and The Homie Inn (champagne on tap). You will have a great experience. Enjoy

The apartment was great and in a great location, close to downtown Benson!! The landlord was amazing and was always there when you needed her!! You had everything you needed at the apartment, a nice home away from home!!

What a nice place this is! Place was extremely clean and fresh. Bedding was comfortable and great location. I definitely will stay again when I am back in town.

Great Property

F was an outstanding host! Anything I needed she was always quick with a response, even when I locked myself out on the keypad lol. Check in was easy as well as check out. I loved the hidden in plain sight feel, and though the area is busy in the daytime, I slept like a rock at night. Inside youll find that the photos are completely accurate, and I feel like it was even better than the photos once I went inside. F went above and beyond with this place and the personal touches. I would definitely stay at her properties again.
