Perfect place
I stayed in this particular room and I was completely surprised on how perfect it was. I was a little leary of paying $1100 for a room but this place was a huge blessing for me. Room is great size, bed is amazing and blackout curtains were perfect to keep the room darker for a night shifter to sleep. Bathroom is across the hallway but its yours completely. No sharing. Washer and Dryer were an huge bonus. And you are living with others who are travelers. No staying in landlords house, no barking dogs in household. This place is a total gem. Dont pass up on the chance to stay here. You wont regret it. I completely regretted not going here first. Pervious housing locations was horrible. Take my word, Call today and tell Ms. Tara you want this room.

Great Stay
This place is a great spot especially for travel nurses and healcare professionals. Didn't have a vehicle but has a driveway if needed. Ms. T is nice and answers questions in a timely manner. I would stay again if needed.

Convenient and affordable
I enjoyed my time staying at this property. The house was nice, clean, and quiet. As I didn't drive, this place was convenient as it was close to bus stops and Butler Plaza. Ms. T was really kind and very responsive to any requests I made. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice and quiet place to stay in Gainesville.

Clean and Affordable
I enjoyed renting a room at this address. It was safe, clean, quiet, convenient and affordable. Mrs. T was kind, gracious and made me feel very welcome and cared for. I'd recommend this home for anyone

Great Property
This property had great proximity to UF Shands, restaurants, and Crunch Fitness for those who like to stay active while on assignment. My room was spacious and the blackout curtains were a plus since I work nights. I opted for the garage which is a great option if you want to protect your car from the elements. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay for their assignment.

Great room for Travelers
Really enjoyed my time spent in this house, great for travelers. It was affordable and had everything you would need for a long term stay. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, and clean. The owner also replies in a timely manner to any messages which is always a plus.
