Phenomenal Property and Outstanding Owner

Cannot verbalize enough how amazing of a property this is. Stayed here during a recent travel assignment and truly loved it! This amazing condo is within great walking distance to a plethora of nearby areas including nearby hospitals. It is also in a very safe neighborhood/part of Charlotte! Ample parking on site with nearby Target, Trader Joe's and in walking distance of the main Charlotte downtown. The condo itself is extremely clean, airy, and a true home-away-from-home embellishment. The owner, N, goes out of his way in regards to hospitality, attentiveness to detail, and providing a quaint, comfortable space filled with all the essentials and more. N is extremely courteous, exudes a plethora of compassion and care towards those staying here, and most importantly, is very quick to respond and address any needs/concerns while staying in Charlotte. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Easy walking to Novant Health Weisiger Cancer Institute less than 3 blocks. N was, by far, the most professional, accommodating, landlord .When the tv went out he replaced it within 3 hours .The condo was perfect just as described, perfect location, amenities to spare.
