Absolute 6-Star Review

I stayed in this charming New Mexican home for several weeks and it was absolutely perfect. The house was the ideal size, fully equipped, and the yard was secure and great for my dogs. The garage had plenty of space for my travel bins, which was a huge plus. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to Nob Hill, my job, and many amenities. The neighbors were incredibly friendly and even helped by checking on my dogs and collecting my mail. Jorge and Andrea were outstanding hosts responsive, flexible, and quick to resolve any issues, including a thermostat problem. They happily prorated my stay when I had to adjust my move-out date multiple times and returned my deposit promptly. Its clear they truly enjoy being hosts, and they are exceptional at it. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a short- or mid-term stay.

Peaceful Retreat

I truly enjoyed my stay at A and J home! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were so lovely! The home is very well equipped with everything you could need. Beds were beyond comfortable, kitchen is tidy and has everything you need to make meals. Hosts are very responsive and so welcoming! If you bring your fur babies, the backyard is fully fenced in and the neighborhood is a beautiful walk for them! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Cozy, close to hospitals, great landlords.

We stayed at this charming location for almost a year while we had an assignment at UNM hospital. It is in a perfect location, close to everything, including hikes, Sandia Mountain, grocery store, shops, etc. It has a front porch and a huge backyard, and a bonus is a raised garden bed next to the house that we were able to use while we were there! The landlords A and J are very quick to communicate and always available if we needed them. We got to know a few of the neighbors while we lived there and it made us feel very safe and gave us a sense of community. The lady across the street named L is available for pet sitting needs and she is very nice. The house has a drive way so we didn't have to park in the street, and they offer some storage space in the garage as well if you need it. We had all of the amenities that we needed, and honestly we would have bought the house if it were available LOL!
