I rented from J and C during a 3 month contract at VCU and was so glad to have found such a great space for my time in Richmond. The unit is about 3/4 mile to VCU making it a easy walking or biking commute to work. It's also in a lively downtown area within walking distance to a number of great restaurants and shops, easy access to the public bus system, and only a short drive to restaurants, bars, and breweries in other areas of the city. J and C have really put a lot of thought and work into furnishing each of their units comfortably and with anything you need and were very easily reachable and quick to respond if there was anything missing or needing a replacement. A bonus with Apartment E is that it did have a washer and dryer included in the unit! Would definitely recommend this furnished find!
