Perfect Stay in the East Bay

I have worked in the Construction industry for over a decade and was assigned to a short term assignment in Martinez for 8 months. Prior to flying in I asked if I could have my car delivered without my presence, as I would be arriving a couple days later, and I was told it would be no issue. Karen, sent all the requirements through email and I was able to give a deposit same day making the experience seamless. Upon arrival I was in awe to see how absolutely beautiful the house and unit were. Great appliances, exquisite taste in furniture and decorations, and Karen was an extremely welcoming landlord. The apartment is in pristine condition and during my stay I had no issues with any of the appliances as they are all relatively new. The bedroom is phenomenal with an extremely comfortable bed, spacious closet and great bathroom. All in all, I have seldomly have to stay in fully furnished accommodations throughout my career and without a doubt this has been the best. Highly recommend!

We cant say enough good things about this place. The area the apartment is located in is safe & quiet. Youre walking distance from a quaint downtown that has the best Farmers Market on Sundays. The apartment is the perfect home away from home. It has everything you need and more. K is such a wonderful host. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We really appreciated her weekly linen & towel service/stocking of paper goods! Thats something you dont typically see with rentals. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. We will really miss the beautiful sunsets!

Home for 7 months

Amazing property.The unit had everything I needed and more. K and N were the best hosts ever. They made me feel as if I was home . Always attentive to my needs and prompt with the action to accommodate. My only gripe is , I wish I had known about their services years ago. I will definitely be using them when Im back in town for work.

Comfortable, clean, & amazing host!

Absolutely amazing 3 month stay at this cozy spot. Our host K went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. K also provided excellent communication and accommodations. The apartment itself is very clean, quiet, and furnished with so much! Theres also a stunning balcony view of the water and cute downtown within walking distance. I am thankful for such a welcoming experience being new to the area and far from home. I highly recommend staying here. Thanks K & Go Blue!

Cozy and cutest little place!

We were looking for a clean and cozy place in Martinez and this was more than we could ever ask for. The place is super cute and we absolutely love the farmhouse feel to it. Karen has been so responsive and welcoming even before we moved in. She was quick to respond when we had questions and concerns. We highly recommend this place to anyone! PS: we already miss the gorgeous view!

Our Month Long Home

My husband and I were lucky enough to stumble upon this gem while we were in the process of purchasing a home. Weve spent the past month here, and will honestly miss it so much. Before we get into the place itself, K has been such a wonderful host. From our first encounter, shes been nothing but sweet, genuine, and made us feel right at home. The home itself is in the perfect location. A nice easy walk to downtown to restaurants and breweries. Grocery stores are just a very quick drive away. Super convenient. When you walk in to the unit, it is beautifully furnished, and decorated. The home was very clean, and had all of the necessary appliances. The living area is very comfortable, and a perfect place to wind down after a day at work. Our favorite part of the house was the bed. It is literally so comfortable, that weve decided to purchase one just like it! We were truly spoiled staying here, and will miss it. K has been the BEST host, and is an awesome communicator.

We truly loved our stay at this property. Having to find a quiet, safe and clean home for my family as we travel was a necessity and I couldnt have asked for a better experience! This place is so clean and has every amenity we needed. The view is spectacular and the design touches are quite beautiful and personal. I have stayed In several furnished finder rentals and this was by far the best! K is a wonderful host, so considerate and accommodating. We would recommend this location for anyone who just wants to enjoy and be spoiled while navigating though a busy life! Five stars!

We definitely loved and enjoyed our stay at this property. We travel as a family and we have a one-year old daughter. It is very important for us to find a place that is not only equipped with all the necessary stuff we need to make our stay comfortable, but is also clean. And this unit was just the perfect place for our little family. K is such a lovely host, super caring and accommodating. She would come in once every week to change the bed sheets, towels and clean, she would always go above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. This was a lot of help when you have an infant to take care of. We would highly recommend this property for those looking for a place to stay in the Martinez area. 12/10!

Hidden Gem!

For those deciding on a place to settle for their window of time, I would HIGHLY suggest this property. First, the area of Martinez it is located is not only very quiet, but the view from your outside deck is breathtaking! I spent many times simply enjoying the view on the porch taking it all in as I decompressed from my day. Second, the home itself has been remodeled with all the right touches to make it feel like home including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, convection cooking, etc. The fireplace is also a very nice added touch. Finally, I could not have asked for a better owner of the property. She is caring, super sweet, and extremely helpful in SO many ways. Honestly too many to write here on this review. I could NOT have been any more fortunate to not only find this property to enjoy, but the owners as well. They and the property are top notch! Thank you to them for everything they provided for me and my family!
