M Is one sweet lady,she was an amazing landlord,more than that she treated me like her brother, the house was amazing and well maintained. She helped me with groceries and she made sure that I didnt feel left out when I came to US for first time. Miss you M

Pleasant experience

Big, beautiful house in a safe neighborhood, and conveniently located within walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, and parks. The bedroom was sufficiently spacious with an ensuite bathroom; so I felt like I had plenty of privacy. The house is generally quiet, though sometimes the neighbors are a bit loud; and street parking is crowded at night. Massah is a great host; very laid back, but attentive, and even picked me up once when I needed a lift. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Fabulous

Massah is an excellent host! The house was well-stocked with all basic necessities and always kept clean. The room was very comfortable. The kitchen has a very pretty chandelier that I enjoyed dining under. The house is at a convenient distance from Harbor hospital where I worked. As someone who was going through something rough during my time there I can tell you that Massah has a really good heart. She was kind and supportive and always had a kind word for me. I was also doing interviews from my room and the WiFi was choppy. When I brought this to the attention of the host she got the modem replaced and had the issue fixed. All in all I made a good decision coming to Massah's place. Cannot thank her enough.

Great location, clean house, 100% recommend

The property is just as listed. The room is spacious, clean and has a desk for studying/working. The house is quiet and beautifully located in a safe neighbourhood, close to grocery stores and public transport. M is an amazing host and was always available in case I needed her. The shared kitchen was always clean and fully equipped which was a big plus for me as I like to cook! Overall would 100% recommend this. I had a wonderful experience

Big Room in a Great Location

This property is amazing, had such a good experience with the landlord and the property. I stayed in the room with the bathroom not attached but this was not a problem for I felt I had my own privacy and never felt in the way of anyone. The room was huge with a king size bed, on top of that you have proper storage space, closet space, and desk space. If there was a problem the landlord was on top of it without delay. The place even had a maid come and clean it monthly so it never felt dirty. Neighborhood wise, you are in a great location in Federal hill. You felt safe and there is much too do such as restaurants bars and you are close to downtown. There was only one downfall because it was the summer, the neighbors would sometimes throw parties outside and you would hear everything from my room. Other than that I would 100% recommend this place to anyone, you will not regret it.

Excellent place for healthcare travelers

I stayed here for almost 7 months as a traveling PT, and loved it here. The house is super spacious and clean, housemate was very quiet, clean, respectful (was barely there since she was a travel nurse), and the landlord is super laid back but also very proactive and responsive to making sure that the tenants have everything they need. At one point, the landlord ordered some cleaners just because she wanted to keep the house clean (she asked us if that was ok beforehand), so that was very appreciated. Location is super convenient and is a short walk away from Federal Hill and Locust Point. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area, but is also conveniently tucked a block over onto a quieter street. All that being said, I don't really have a bad thing to say about this place. Love M, loved the house, and all in all contributed to a very positive experience in Baltimore. 5/5 recommend this place!!

Cozy Federal Hill Brownstone

Host M is friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to inquiries and/or concerns. Her property is immaculate. She addresses and communicates any issues that may occur with the property. The washing machine had broken and was replaced within 2 days. I was informed as to when the cleaning crew was scheduled. The room was spacious and a private bathroom was part of room. The location of the property is within walking distance to restaurants and post office and downtown Baltimore, and Camden yards/TD Bank stadiums, and within a mile of interstate 95. I felt safe in the area given its proximity to downtown Baltimore. I didnt have issue with street parking and my car was never vandalized. I would absolutely stay at this property again.
