Pleasant stay

Lots of space, and privacy, I had the whole building to myself for better part of my stay, kitchen sparkling clean always, private bath space, and laundry, housekeeper comes once a week to clean my bedroom and bathroom, parking space is fantastic by the drive way.. Bose is very hospitable and cares about the well being of her guest, she is a very pleasant hostess, I will book her again once I trave to Houston anytime

Misleading Listing

The location & home itself was nice however the owner went back on everything her original listing said. Her listing shows all utilities included & a private bathroom. The owner knew I worked from home & a week after I moved in I noticed the ac was off. She said she forgot the summer was coming & if I need the ac on during the day bc I work from home that I would have to split the bill with her which was not ok. She would keep the ac off most of the time & it would get to 83 degrees which was unbearable. She gave me a fan to use which barely helped. Then when you would turn the ac on at night since it's been off all day it would take almost all night to cool the upstairs. Then when I went to Florida in June upon my return she had moved another woman into the spare room which she said she would not do bc of me having a private bathroom. Upon inspection of all my bathroom belongings a couple things were missing but only 1 inexpensive item was returned, not the $225 eye cream, I lost out
