Location!! Walk to Downtown Golden and Trails, Light, Bright New Apartment in Charming Historic District

Outstanding Golden Location

My wife and I stayed at this amazing apartment and it was absolutely perfect. The location in Golden is unbeatable, offering the ideal balance of convenience and quiet. The apartment itself is thoughtfully equipped with every amenity you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It felt like a true home away from home. Privacy was a major highlight for us; the space felt secluded and peaceful, allowing for total relaxation after a day of exploring and visiting relatives. For those who love the outdoors, access to local trails is incredible. Access to the olivine trailhead for South Table Mountain is within a couple blocks! Being so close to downtown Golden made it incredibly easy to walk in for dinner, coffee, beer or a quick shop. Parking is often a hassle in this area, but the setup here was excellent and stress-free. If you are looking for a seamless, high-quality stay in one of the best parts of Colorado, this is the place to book. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent spot, excellent hosts

Lived here for about two months & had a fantastic stay. Really well located place--it's only a few blocks from central Golden & there's trails essentially right out the door. Everything about it was well setup--comfy bed, huge closet, good living room setup. Even better than the pictures. Super kind hosts. Absolutely recommend!

A perfect place to live

I was able to live in this perfectly located and well-equipped apartment as a tenant for a year. The landlords are absolutely courteous and helpful with any problems that arise. The quiet location guarantees the best relaxation after stressful working days and is still very central for an evening stroll into the city center of Golden. For me, it was the perfect retreat and a beloved second home during this time.
