Super Convenient to Baptist Hospital

Great place to stay during my stint at Baptist Hospital. Perfect blend of value and location. Spacious yard with plenty of shade. Highly recommend!

3 month stay

I stayed here and had issues with everything from grasshoppers all over everywhere outside the unit to termites to only having one electrical plug in the bathroom. Refrigerator was in bad shape when I got there, so they purchased another. Then the icemaker never worked in the new refrigerator. Overall, I made my stay work and it seemed to be okay. Washer and dryer is outside and behind unit in another area of the property. There is another unit attached, so it is not truly a standalone unit/property.

Peacful and Quiet

I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely house in Jacksonville, Florida for four months. The proximity to the beautiful San Marco Plaza was a definite highlight. The house was clean and well-maintained, and Adriana was incredibly responsive, ensuring that everything was in working order and that my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this space for a pleasant and convenient stay in Jacksonville!

6 week internship stay

A was incredibly accommodating and provided all of the necessary amenities to make for a comfortable 6-week stay! the unit was very clean and well kept, and the air conditioning worked well for the warm and cold weather we encountered. Many close restaurants and shops nearby, making it a wonderful location, especially if you need to be near Baptist Health Downtown for work. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone in need of a safe, comfortable, and convenient stay.

Great stay!!

This property was great! Adriana was an amazing host! Super accommodating and is quick with replies. The house was the perfect size, very clean, and has all the amenities you could possibly need! The location is also great. 8 minute drive to the hospital and right down the road from San Marco square. Would 100% recommend.

Cozy

This apartment uses space very creatively to allow a very spacious Main bedroom and bath. The kitchen/living room space had everything I needed. The landlord was very hospitable and responsive to my communications. The location was of the apartment did not have too much traffic making it a very peaceful stay.

Apartment was wonderful and cozy . Landlord is awesome , very attentive , and took care of any problem that we had in seconds . Would definitely rent from her again ! Will be keeping her contacts for future!

Great Impression!

This studio is Neat and Nice! The neighborhood is calm and is very close to beautiful San Marco. Although this is a studio I appreciated that the living/kitchen area is separate from the actual Bedroom which gives it more of an apartment feel. The owner, A is extremely attentive and is quick to answer and resolve any issue that might arise, she really cares about her tenants comfort. Overall I had a great stay during those 4 months and I definitely recommend.
