Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay here over the summer! The space is very cozy and in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts are so sweet and quickly helped us with anything we needed. Very easy commute to Yale and very close to lots of trails and great restaurants as well as a Planet fitness! We spent a lot of time in the center of Branford and had a great time exploring! Would definitely stay again if we're back in the area!

Loved our time here

My girlfriend and I took a contract at Yale New Haven and stayed here for 3 months. We loved it, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, only about 15 minutes from the hospital and downtown. The hosts are extremely accommodating and a very nice family. Very responsive and helpful, even gave us a list of recommendation they had for things to do and food. We ended up liking Branford more than New Haven for food and drinks. The place is 5 minutes from a planet fitness, multiple breweries, and 10 from downtown Branford. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful quiet, cozy stay

I am so happy that my husband and I came across S and M property! We loved the cozy and quiet vibes that it provided. It was very clean and a welcoming, homey space for us and our two dogs. M and S were great to rent from as well. Very responsive and extremely nice! They even brought us thanksgiving dinner since we were away from family over the holidays. I 100% recommend this place to anyone who comes across this gem of a place!

Comfy Cozy Space

My husband and I stayed at this property for my contract at Yale New Haven Hospital. It was an easy 15 minute drive to work and traffic was never an issue. We really enjoyed our time in this area! The place was in a quiet and safe spot of Branford with quick access to the highway and multiple stores. The home owners are very attentive and fantastic people. We would highly recommend staying here!

Just like home

S and her family welcomed myself, my two sons and our dog into their home. We felt immediately comfortable, like we were staying with family. They were very responsive and accommodating. The apt is very private and quiet. This was the perfect place for us and I highly recommend!

Perfect Place In Quiet Neighborhood

This apartment was perfect for me, my husband, and our dog. It was a quick and easy 15 min drive to Yale New Haven and is on a quiet dead end road. The hosts were incredible accommodating, friendly and make you feel at home. The apartment itself is cozy, homey, and has everything that you need. We loved that there were hiking trails within a 2 min drive since we have a dog that doesn't like the car. The town of Branford is cute and there are good restaurants very close by. The apartment's second bedroom was the perfect office for my husband who works from home. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back.

Great place to stay, so cozy and clean. The hosts are so sweet & responsive to any problems. Hosts are so helpful & caring . Would definitely come back. The town is quaint with fun things to do. Beautiful property & neighborhood to walk around in .

Loved it!

this property is great for travel nurses at Yale, about 20 min drive max, only 2 minutes from the highway. we stayed initially for 3 months then when contracts extended so did our lease for another month. payment was easy, owners are so sweet and easily reached if you ever need anything. property is just about completely stocked (kitchen, bathroom, linens etc). Unit is above the garage but still private with private entrance. separate parking easily fit 2 cars. quiet street, quiet neighborhood close to small beaches in the summer and the restaurants on the main drag. and there is a very friendly dog on the property as well. 10/10 would stay again:)
