Detached Cottage (Private & Peaceful)

Top notch all around

The host: Tara is everything you want in a host-warm, welcoming and responsive. Went above and beyond to ensure needs were met from accommodations, environment and things to do in the area. Highly recommend and look forward to being back soon for another five-star stay. The cottage: Described as private and peaceful the enclosed patio overlooks acres of cultivated fruit, vegetable and flower gardens, citrus trees and woodlands. The cottage is cozy and spacious with ample separation between bed, sofa and kitchen-did not feel like a studio. For those who are fussy about comfort and clean-the cottage delivers with tasteful dcor, original artwork and quality bedding and towels. The welcome basket of snacks was an appreciated touch and WIFI was on point (important for remote work). The cottage is on property with the host home on a cul-de-sac in a sprawling neighborhood 10 minutes from everything; positioned on one side of the backyard which is gated and private.

Charming little oasis

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed to be comfortable at her place. I really enjoyed sitting on the porch just listening to the sound of nature. I felt rejuvenated spending time in her garden. The place was clean, well decorated, well maintained and very private. Quiet and Comfortable

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. It was such a pleasure to be able to relax and soak in the beautiful nature all around the property after a long shift. I enjoyed my stay and the host is very warm, friendly and hospitable.

Everything comfort you want and need

T, is a Superb host and her property offers you tranquility and privacy while meeting all your comfort and needs. She goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure not only housing needs are met but if you need something on a personal level - she does everything you would hope a friend will do and more. The location is fantastic- in a family neighborhood with your own personal private entrance and privacy gate. The cottage is stunningly clean - and keeps you wanting to treat it like your own home. You can not go wrong , when renting from this wonderful property

Travel nurse short term stay

First I must say that owner was a lifesaver and rescued me with her rental when I got to town and had nothing but a hotel reserved. I arrived to a nice safe neighborhood to the most beautiful house and was able to rent her cottage on the side the same day we spoke. Beautifully decorated and gated with a screened in porch that allowed u to sit outside and relax after a days work. It was very close to shopping, restaurants and the hospitals. It was easy to communicate with T and she was concerned about tending to any issues if needed. Modern furnishings and a washer/dryer were a blessing. I highly recommend her place whether u are visiting Gainesville or working on assignment.
