Irondale master

This place had ALL the amenities. The home is advertised as it looks! Chrissy does a great job at vetting her renters. I had a comfortable stay while I was there on assignment at Brookwood. The proximity to the gas station, grocery store, and highway is unmatched. Chrissy was informative and very responsive during my stay. The neighborhood is generally quiet. There is a park located just behind the neighborhood to do some walking. The bi-weekly cleaning of the common areas was a major plus for sharing space with others!

Home Away from Home

This property is fantastic, newly renovated and well-managed. The room comes fully furnished with a king sized bed, two side tables, a desk and dresser. There is a small closet as well, so you have plenty of space to store yours clothes. The room is well lit and has a very homey-feel. Linens were clean. The adjacent bathroom was also well-lit, clean and beautiful. Water pressure of the shower head was wonderful and I never ran out of hot water. You are provided a key to your room and a numerical key code for access to the house. You have access to a kitchen and living room with a tv and Netflix access. There is a driveway to park in to keep your vehicle off the road. As a single woman staying in the house alone for most of my stay, I felt comfortable and safe. Any concerns or problems were quickly addressed by the property manager who was pleasant and accommodating. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and I plan on coming back to stay when I need to return to Birmingham.

Everything you need!

I stayed in the master bedroom for three months this fall and had a great experience! C was super helpful if any questions/issues came up. The kitchen has everything you need, and the house is decorated so well! I'd definitely recommend this unit.
