Beautiful home, welcoming and comfortable

Loved my stay here. It's a very well designed space, whether you want to sit with a book and cup of tea or when you're settling in to sleep at night. Great space to work with a laptop too, if you need to. Everything was in great condition, the owners have clearly taken excellent care to make sure it's a good place to stay. Bed was amazingly comfortable, I was out like a light. My favorite feature was probably the large bath tub, it felt very luxurious. The owners are lovely - they're helpful and friendly. I knew I could approach them if I had questions or if I needed anything. Will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent home away from home

Great apartment. I travel regularly with work and this made a great change from hotels because there's a kitchen and seating area, as well as bed and bathroom. The location was easy to find (short walk from Jamaica Plain Station). Communication with the owner was clear and polite. She also pointed out local places of interest. I'd recommend staying here if you're looking for more than just a bed and want a home from home.

Not Understanding Of Traveler contracts

If you are a travel Healthcare worker you know that sometimes the contract falls through before even arriving to location. This renter expects a whole month rent as deposit. They also are not understanding of a contract falling through and will not refund the deposit to you. They state constantly that there is a waiting list for the apartment so they always have business. But refuses to refund even a small portion of the deposit. I understand this is all a business but it is still not understanding for the travelers. I would only rent from this place if you know for sure your contract will go through or you will be like me eating 2,200 dollars.
