Perfect space for long term rental
This was my 3rd rental in a year and I wish I had the opportunity to stay at B'S condo the whole contract! The location is fantastic, you are just seconds away from the interstate, the space is clean, safe, and very welcoming. I loved the screened in deck that is off the living room-a perfect way to start or end the day. She is a wonderful landlord and quick to respond to even the smallest concerns. Parking was never an issue and the neighborhood is very quiet. I wish I could find more rentals like this condo.
