So sad to be leaving

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The home is very comfortable, with a lot of accommodation. I stayed in a room with a personal ac/heater, ceiling fan, and shared bathroom. Everyone was very polite. The location is tucked away and very quiet, but close enough to hop on the freeway. The back yard is beautiful! Two boys help maintain the garden and they grew delicious tomatoes, jalapeos, and zucchini in the summer time. There is also an orange and lemon tree that produce amazing fruits. D is very accommodating and understanding, and quick to fix problems immediately. Any issues that occur are resolved within an hour if not by the end of the day. I wish I could have stayed longer but my path leads me to a new home. 10/10 recommend to anyone for a home away from home!

Enjoyed every day!

D was a great landlord! I rented the master bedroom with private en-suite bath and it was great. Spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all items necessary and I was provided my own fridge. There are 3 other rooms in the house - all occupied by females - and they are all the sweetest! They were welcoming and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would definitely return next time Im on contract in LA.

Spacious, cozy, and clean! And the host is kind, caring, and goes out of her way to make sure that you're comfortable. I hope that all of my next hosts are just like Dianne!

Home away from home

Stayed here with my husband for a contract at PIH Whittier. Great place for a room! We had the room with a bathroom, the size was small & comfy. We had roommates who were very quiet and you would think you had the house to yourself. The owners are VERY accommodating. If you needed anything, they had it. They have an orange or lemon tree in the backyard. They provide all needed amenities. I mean, I couldn't ask for better landlords of a rental unit. We usually like to find units all to ourselves but in a pinch, this unit was great and the owners were even better. We had the chance to stay at their other unit for a few days before moving into this one. They were both room rentals. This unit has a washer/dryer and they are very accommodating with parking. Also felt safe in the neighborhood. Would reccomend and would stay here again.

Wish I found this sooner!

This home truly is a home away from home. I stayed in an airbnb my first month in Cali and wish I had found this home sooner. The bedroom I stayed in was large and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, dresser, desk, large screen TV and more. The shared bathroom was clean and easy to access right out the door. The roommates were quiet, friendly and respectful. In fact, I barely saw them and wish I had the chance to get to know them better. The landlords are BEYOND helpful and accommodating. They checked in making sure I had everything I needed and offering to add anything additional, but also gave me privacy and space. The yard has a lemon tree which I loved. And the neighborhood was perfect for my daily walks. The location was 6 minutes from Beverly Hospital. There are many other close hospitals in the area as well. I also had easy access to East LA and the Arts District, Hiking, breweries, shopping and more! I would stay here again without hesitation! Thank you!!

Excellent Home away from Home

This home was clean and very comfortable. It is located in a nice, quiet, friendly neighborhood. The property owners are very kind and accommodating. Although the property owners do not live here, they are very helpful and attentive to all your needs. They also treat their tenants like their own family. This is a great place to live and has everything a traveling medical professional needs to make themselves feel at home while working.
