great place to stay!

Very accommodating host. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved the neighborhood, could walk around, even to grocery store, it is near so many things. Had a separate place to park my car. The private bathroom is such a treat! I highly recommend this property.

Superb Accommodations

Stayed At R's Property from August- November for my 13 weeks contract at ShandS Hospital. The accommodations are superb. R gives you all the privacy you need and the amazing landscape makes the stay relax and comfortable. Sitting in the enclosed patio listening to the birds chirping is an an awesome relaxing experience. R wise conversations and wealth of knowledge are an added bonus to this accommodation. Not to mention Mia her wonderful well behaved dog. I would strongly recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling to the Gainesville Florida area. The place is awesome and its closed proximity to both of the major hospitals is convenient. You also have your own bathroom which is exclusively yours!
