Perfect For Travel Nurses
Ivan is a great landlord. When I have questions or concerns he replies back quickly. Love that I have a free parking space and only 10mins from work. Very close to common stores and restaurants. Nice and quiet neighborhood. And the other tenants on the property are very nice and friendly. Only Cons -the combo washer/dryer takes a long time to wash and dry clothes - the wifi is pretty weak at times, but there are a few people on the property so peak times are rough.

Great location!! Studio was clean and well supplied. It has a nice gas range stove and updated appliances. LL was super responsive and attentive. There is a family of 4 in the unit next door. Would suggest getting a sound machine because sometimes they would get noisy. But they are super kind and friendly. Only negatives for me were occasionally slow wifi and the washer/dryer is a combo machine. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay in this studio!!

Property is great! Area is safe, quiet and clean. Close to many shops and restaurants. Studio was clean with modern decor and appliances. All amenities needed provided, including pots/pans/sheets etc. Property owners were very accommodating and nice! Responded right away to any concerns or questions. Overall 5/5 would recommend!

Memorable Experience
Stayed at this residence with my two friends during a travel assignment at John Muir Hospital. House was very clean, with essential amenities provided, as advertised. Well-kept private backyard yard, ideal for a BBQ or just to relax. Close proximity to work, downtown and shopping complexes. The area has so much to offer, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. What truly made it a memorable experience were the hosts. They were warm, welcoming, constantly checking on us and easy to communicate with. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home away from home.
