Daniel was nothing short of an outstanding host making sure me and my fianc lived comfortably for our 9 months in this house. The house was equipped with plenty of furniture, spacious bedrooms, a grill in the backyard, and updated kitchen equipment. The neighbors are very welcoming and lovely people. We walked our dog everyday in the summer and will genuinely miss this place. Daniel was always quick to respond and even reached out whenever the weather got bad to make sure everyone was okay. 5/5 place and 5/5 host! Definitely recommend to anyone thinking about staying here. Thank you for the hospitality the past 9 months we greatly appreciate it!

Charming Home Close to Hamburg Location

This is a great location if you're at Baptist Health Hamburg. It's a less than 10 minute drive there with little traffic. If you're at any of the other 3 hospitals in downtown, give yourself a little more time but about 20 minutes off hours. The house is good sized with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and relaxing seating areas in front and back of house. We got to use the propane grill several times and it was a nice convenience. The neighborhood is great for walks and close to several parks. The owner was quick to respond to questions and very knowledgeable of attractions nearby. He made us feel welcomed for our first trip to Kentucky. We would stay here again should the opportunity come!

Incredible place to stay!!

I would definitely recommend this beautiful house! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I worked at St. Joseph's in Lexington for two contracts. The neighborhood is safe and everyone was so friendly. It's close to shopping and the drive to the hospital was not bad. The house is spacious and updated. I loved the refrigerator! And the grill is very nice. I had no issues and the landlord is super friendly and extremely accommodating and was always available if I needed him. I'm a Georgia girl so when it snowed, he came and salted my driveway! Love and miss this beautiful home!
