My stay here was fantastic! The place was incredibly cozy and the location couldn't be beat it was an easy walk to the hospital where I had my contract. D., the owner, was incredibly polite and an absolutely excellent baker! I highly recommend it.

Doug is an amazing landlord. My stay there was a great experience. The small neighborhood is very quiet and safe. It was perfect for me because I was walking distance to Baystate Medical Center. I resided there for over 7 months with no problems.

Perfect location

Clean and quiet, on a lovely street just blocks from the hospital the homeowner is kind and accommodating, cares for his tenants ensuring our needs are met, always exceeding expectations! And the baked treats he leaves are an added bonus! He will be my first call if I am fortunate enough to return!

Amazing Host

I highly recommend staying here. As a traveling medical professional I have never stayed in a more hospitable home. The home is lovely and the host goes above and beyond with making each one of his guests feel welcomed and at home. He is an amazing baker and shares his delicious baked goods with the whole house. My room was very comfortable. I slept great and would definitely stay here again if I was working in the area. Most important I felt safe.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Fully furnished, clean and safe, beautiful yard and plenty of parking. Owner is very nice, allows you to be social or reclusive to your needs, welcoming and inviting, home frequently to keep an eye on the place. Other tenants usually working professionals and respectful of one another. Neighborhood is very safe, overall a really wonderful place to stay.

This is the best place to stay! Very welcoming environment with respectful housemates and in a safe, convenient location. Rooms are great size with quality furnishing and ample storage. Cannot recommend it enough!

Home away from Home

A beautiful home that was always kept neat and clean but maintained a warm familiar feeling. The neighborhood is the prettiest, friendliest and safest in comparison to many of the surrounding areas. The house is quiet and peaceful. The owner gives you the option to be as social or recluse as you want to be. He really goes above and beyond to make people feel comfortable and to assist in any way possible. There are sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, heating/AC, Wifi, all sorts of kitchen stuff you could imagine, all available - So a lot of those ancillary things aren't something you need to worry about. The walk to/from Baystate is quick and easy. Also some helpful things walking distance; pharmacy, bar, take out food, convenience store. The big kitchen, workout room and the back porch were definitely the highlights of home. I had a wonderful experiencing living here and I would really recommend it to any working professional who needs a place to stay in the Springfield area!

Hello, it is my pleasure to complete this review. The owner of the house is the finest and kindest gentleman Ive ever met! Ive been traveling for a couple years and this still is my fondest housing arrangement. The house itself is beautiful, clean and has plenty of space. During my stay, I resided in the basement and I was very comfortable overall. The owner is ever accommodating, respectful, courteous and so funny. I felt very safe as a young female traveler while residing here. We even had quite a few family dinner nights where we ordered from the local Chinese hot spot! I really did feel like family. Id give it 10 stars if it would let me.
