Extremely satisfying
The apartment was nice and big, the location is amazing very close to everything you might need. Not to mention how nice and responsive the landlord was, Tiffany was extremely nice and helpful and very easy to work and communicate with. If I ever need a place to stay at around that area she will be the first one I would contact to see availability of the property. That's how comfortable and happy I was. Really appreciate her and the nice hospitality. Highly recommended.
Great location & beautiful garden.
I stayed at this house for almost a year with my husband, dog and cat while working an assignment at Milford Hospital. Staying at the Brownhouse was a godsend as it is only 10 minutes away from the hospital. Everything you need is super close by including grocery, tons of restaurants, salons/spas, a 24hr gym Target, Kohls, TJ Maxx and even Trader Joe's. I enjoyed walking my dog on the walking trails near the house. The yard was great for her. Its a really beautiful space with old growth trees that transform throughout the seasons. Excellent for bird watching. There is a beautiful flower garden which blooms from spring until late fall. The owner was kind enough to visit in the spring and the fall to check on us, do yard maintnence and even brought some lovely flowers for the yard. The house itself was very comfortable with plenty of space. The hot water was excellent!
Fall in MA
This property is exactly as advertised, cozy, a bit dated, but with character. The landlord is the sweetest and very responsive to typical small issues that come with living in an older building like popped breakers and the weather changes of New England. Any small problem I encountered, she was on it immediately. There is limited storage for travelers who have their own things. This is a perfect spot for someone who takes quirk, and creaks in stride. It is right in the middle of everything which comes with excellent access to grocery stores and daily needs, but also with the noise if that is a problem for you. Ample Off street parking provided.
