I offer a fully furnished , clean basement apartment in a comfortable, quiet single family home. You can park right in front of the house. My tenants have been very happy here and usually extend their original stay. While I dont have.a full kitchen, there is a microwave, hotel fridge, separate freezer, double burner, toaster oven, and crock pot.

Excellent basement apartment
I have stayed at here for 6-9 months a year the past 3 years. This is a wonderful basement apartment. The home is located in a great friendly neighborhood. Rebecca is a great landlord and makes you feel at home. Her little dog Ginger loves treats and looks forward to them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a short term rental. The location is very convenient to the Anschutz medical area for any traveling healthcare workers.
