Love Everything

This place has everything. You name it. KU is just across the street. I lived there for almost 2 years. I loved that every room has their own bathroom. Theres so many restaurants close by. Just about 5-10 minutes walk. I just got my contract extended. Of course Im coming back!! I wish I found this place sooner!

I love this location. I lived here for 9 months last year and loved it that I reached back out to the landlord when I took another contract in the are! Love having my own bathroom. It is a shared space but there are 2 fridges to allow for enough food storage when there are 4 people in the house! I also loved the are and was close to so much

Trendy Mustard delightful Stay

I stayed here, in the trendy mustard room, while working at KU Med. I felt completely safe, and pretty comfortable the entire three months. It, and the shared spaces were clean upon arriving and the shared stayed clean while there. j is a great host! She does lead a busy life as a mom and nurse, so sometimes it takes a bit to hear back on messaging. She is pretty prompt with important things like passcodes and such. For the most part, the other guests were respectful to each other - any issues there dont have anything to do with j herself. I highly recommend this house if youre staying in the area! Its a fantastic location. I pretty much just parked my truck, covered it and biked or walked everywhere. If I had extended my contract at KUMed, then I absolutely would have requested to stay in this house. Thank you j!
