Charming Modern Studio Apartment

Highly Recommend!

I stayed here for a 3 month contract and it was perfect! The studio was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. Its a safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. And the homeowner is great - very communicative, respectful, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Comfortable Stay! HOME away from home :)

I had a wonderful time staying in West Seattle at D's property. I would say it's centrally located to major points- city, airport, Alki beach, Lincoln park (my favorite), and conveniently located to Harbourview Medical center where I worked. I had no issue parking on street. It's perfect cozy studio located in great neighborhood. I went for walk/run almost everyday in neighborhood during my stay and not once felt unsafe. West Seattle has plenty of restaurants, cafe, bakery, bars, and shops, check out near by town Burien, Georgetown for more food/drink options. D took such a wonderful care decorating and organizing her studio that made me feel very homely. She made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. This beautiful studio is clean, has plenty of lights, spacious well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, private backyard entrance and AWESOME LANDLORD a girl could ask for while moving to Seattle first time:) I would definitely come back to stay at D's place and highly recommend it!

Comfy Stay

This is the perfect spot for a stay in West Seattle! It's close enough to downtown to not be a hassle to get to, but far enough away to enjoy the peace & quiet. Easy access to main roads. It's located in a great neighborhood & I never once felt unsafe. I saw many people walking their dogs during the day & night. There is street parking right in front of the house. The apartment itself was very homey & clean. It is a private, completely furnished basement apt with a backyard entrance, so you can come & go as you please without feeling like you're disturbing the homeowner. Speaking of the homeowner, D is so sweet & personable! She is easy to reach when needed & was very understanding of an unfortunate situation that cut my stay short. But, the stay was everything I hoped for & more. The apartment comes fully furnished with a washer & dryer in unit (shared with owner). It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again given the opportunity!

Great Studio!

D is a fantastic host who went above and beyond! Her beautiful studio is very clean, spacious, and has a washer and dryer right in the unit. Street parking is always easy to find right in front of the house. The location is a quick drive to downtown Seattle or the airport. My personal favorite was the proximity to Alki Beach. West Seattle is a great area full of good restaurants, bars, and shops. I highly recommend her place, you will not be disappointed!

Perfect cozy spot

D is a great host. She is very attentive to your needs during your stay- provides you with extra blankets, heater, and invitation to enjoy her family for dinner. The unit has a lot of space, its clean, comfortable, and lots of lighting. She provides every kitchen appliance and the washer and dryer is in unit/easily accessible. Parking is always available on the main street right out front of the house, as well. Her location is prime to downtown Seattle, and the SeaTac airport. Would stay again, and will definitely stop by and visit any time I am in the area!
