So Cozy!
I highly recommend this apartment! The landlord really cares about her tenants and is very accommodating. I work from home and found it perfect for my needs. I stayed for a year and would have stayed longer if my circumstances hadn't changed. My friends and family were so impressed with how adorable it is and it's very roomy so you don't feel cramped. It's on a beautiful tree lined street and only about 5 minutes away from major groecery stores and drug stores. Don't pass this one up!

Exceptional Property / Awesome Landlord!
I highly recommend staying at this beautiful property in San Rafael! Super clean; nicely furnished; and great location within walking distance from downtown San Rafael restaurants. Everything one could ask for from a completely furnished rental. P- the property owner - was extremely responsive and friendly. P went beyond my expectations. I could gladly stay again!
