Best house ever!

I've been renting for 10+ years and this has by far been the best place Ive ever lived. We loved it so much that we stayed for two lease terms. The location is perfect because it's quiet but still walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars. The place is huge, beautiful, and the kitchen is newly renovated. The owners are also some of the nicest and most accommodating people Ive ever met. The rooftop deck and crows nest views were incredible, and we had what felt like a front row seat to the SeaWorld fireworks every night. I lived here with my boyfriend and two of his friends, and while it's technically a two bedroom, the upstairs loft worked perfectly as a third bedroom.

Fantastic experience

I cannot say enough good things about this house, the location, and the owners! It is beautiful, huge, and it was really nice to have tons of beach chairs and towels. The couch and mattresses were unbelievably comfortable. 4 outdoor areas!! The neighborhood is quiet and being a 60 second walk from the beach was so nice. Its on such a great stretch of the beach too- never crowded. The owners are very kind and responsive to any request or situation. I could go on and on just was an amazing living situation during my time in San Diego!

Best Place in SD!

My roommate and I loved living here! Its in the best location, it takes minutes to walk to the beach and an easy drive to anywhere else. We loved sitting on the two rooftop decks. The landlord is very easy to work with and always extremely responsive. It was an absolute dream for all eight months, you wont regret living here!
